My last visit was satisfactory but could have been better. It was the customer service guy's first day, and he was great: attentive, willing, and pleasant but still learning. My issue was with the guard who immediately followed me into the lobby and proceeded to hover over me as I asked the clerk questions. There were several other people in the shop, but the guard never focused on any of them. I have a graduate degree and was not dressed in a "threatening" way. However I felt that I was being profiled. For all it's worth, we are of the same race. This is DC in 2023. We are too much of a progressive, competitive city to have backwater guards.
